How to map the severity of alerts from Site24x7 in Moogsoft ?
By default, these are the corresponding severities in Moogsoft for alerts raised from Site24x7.

1. Log in to Moogsoft > Integrations. 2. Choose Site24x7 from Installed Integrations.
3.Click on Data Mapping in the new page that opens. Go to the Transform section and click on Severity.
4. After making necessary changes under Value Mapping, click Save.
