Exclude RUM traffic from Web transaction monitor

How to exclude Real User Monitoring (RUM) traffic from your Web Transaction (Browser)?

To exclude RUM traffic from Web Transaction (Browser) monitor, kindly carry out the following instructions:

  • Log into your Site24x7 account > Home > Web > Web Transaction (Browser)
  • Click on the respective Web Transaction (Browser) monitor > Edit >Block Domains
  • You'll be prompted with a popup window asking you to update the URL at the Monitor level or Account level. You can specify multiple domains at Monitor and Account level.
If you've specified block domain(s) at Monitor level, the RUM traffic gets excluded for the specified monitor alone. However, if you've specified the domain(s) at the Account level, the RUM traffic gets excluded globally across all the monitors in your Site24x7 account.
