Polling frequency of monitors polled from On-Premise Poller

  1. The polling of monitors is done according to the configured poll frequency in the monitor.
  2. Data is pushed every five minutes from the On-Premise Poller.
  3. Poll now requests for monitors in the On-Premise Poller are pushed instantly after polling.
  4. Data collection of the On-Premise Poller happens every five minutes irrespective of the packs.
  5. On-Premise Poller can be installed in any pack except the Free pack
