Licensing for plugins

The first plugin added for a server monitor is free. After that, each plugin monitor is considered as a basic monitor.

For example, if you have chosen the STARTER Pack, you will be able to monitor 5 servers which will include 5 plugins (1 for each server) without any additional cost. A plugin added after this will be considered as a basic monitor.
