Adding sub-users to Site24x7 account

Adding sub-users to your Site24x7 account

As the Super Admin/Admin of your Site24x7 account, you will be able to invite and add a user to be part of your Site24x7 account. When the primary Site24x7 account holder adds a sub-user, a Site24x7 account will be automatically created for that email address. The newly created sub-user account will receive two emails from Site24x7 immediately after the account creation.

  • Email containing temporary password - Sub-user can login and change the password under Admin > My Account  >  Change Password
  • Account confirmation email - Sub-user should verify the newly created sub-user account by clicking the verification link sent via email. No alerts or configuration emails will be sent to the sub-user, until the email address is verified.

Note: Communications from Site24x7 will come from no-reply@site24x7.com and support@site24x7.com . You may want to white-list the above email addresses to receive uninterrupted communication from Site24x7.

Once the initial set up is done, the sub-user can log in and carry out the tasks that are permitted by the administrator of the account.
