Share monitoring reports with your customers

Site24x7's monitoring reports can be shared with your customers and the public and accessed without any login. You can generate permalinks and Iframe code snippets that can be used to share these reports with your customers. Following the steps below to share reports online:

Share Reports via Public Reports:
  1. Login to Site24x7.
  2. Go to Admin > Share > Public Report.
  3. Click Publish Report button. 
  4. In the Publish Report form, you can associate the report type with a monitor or monitor group.

  5. After configuring the necessary details, Save your changes to generate a permalink or iframe code. Copy the permalink and share it with the public or embed the copied iframe code in your website.

You can also share the report by generating permalinks and iframe snippets from the monitor report page. Follow the steps below:
  1. Login to Site24x7.
  2. Go to Reports > Choose a monitor report or monitor group report.
  3. Choose the monitor from the available list. Select a report from, availability summary report, health trend report, busy hours report, top-N-report, and performance report.
  4. Click Share This button on the top right corner of your report page and click Publish Report to generate an iframe code and permalink.
  5. Copy the permalink and share it with the public or embed the copied iframe code in your website.
