Support for Microsoft Teams Connectors in Site24x7 has been completely deprecated, as Microsoft Teams ended its support for Connectors as on January 31, 2025. Customers using Connectors integration will no longer receive alerts in Microsoft Teams. 

To ensure continuous alerts into Microsoft Teams, integrate using the Site24x7 -Microsoft Teams Bot. For guidance on integration, please refer to our documentation or contact our support team for assistance.
