Choosing a format for the alert mails
You can customize your email template and receive alert mails in text or HTML format. The text format can be chosen if you want to get mails with only content and no charts.
- Please follow the below steps to customize your email template:
- Login to your Site24x7 account
- Go to Admin > User & Alert Management > Users & Alerts > select the desired user.
- On the Edit User form, navigate to Alert Settings > Email Format.
- Choose either HTML or Text format.

- Click Save.
