Configure the On-Premise Poller as a monitoring location for synthetic (browser) monitors
If you need to monitor from an internal network, install an On-Premise Poller and use it as a monitoring location for your synthetic (browser) monitors. Synthetic (browser) monitors include Web Transaction (Browser), Web Transaction (Browser) - Selenium, Synthetic SaaS Application Monitor, Webpage Speed (Browser), and Mobile Webpage Speed (Browser).
Below are the prerequisite system requirements for installing the synthetic (browser) module:

Windows On-Premise Poller is not supported for Webpage Speed (Browser) monitor.
The steps for installing On-Premise Poller for both versions are the same, and here is how to do it:
- Install an On-Premise Poller.
- Once the On-Premise Poller is installed and starts running:
- Install the Browser Module for the synthetic (browser) monitors and:
- Navigate to https://www.site24x7.com/app/client#/admin/onpremise-poller/onpremise-poller

- Download the Browser Module by clicking the
Download button on the respective On-Premise Poller.

- Once the Browser Module is downloaded, you can start synthetic (browser) monitoring from your On-Premise Poller.
