Set up a password expiry policy

Zoho Single Sign on lets you set a password policy for a more secure login to your Site24x7 account. Setting a password policy lets you, 

  • define how often the password for your organization users needs to be reset
  • define how complex your password should be - mixed passwords, special characters, numerals, alphabets, etc.

You have to be the administrator of the Zoho Directory account to set a password expiry policy. Please follow the below steps:

  • Login to directory.zoho.com using your Site24x7 username and password and navigate to Admin Panel.
    Click Admin panel
  •  Choose Security, and select the Security policy of your preference and click Password Policy.

  • Configure your required policy here and click OK to update.
