Login using my current username and password with Site24x7

Your existing password might not work after we migrate your account to Zoho Single Sign-On. After the migration, one of the below changes will happen:

  • If you do not have an account with Zoho already (with the same email id as that in Site24x7), you will receive an email from support@site24x7.com with your new password after account migration. Your login email address will remain the same.
  • If you already have an account with Zoho(with the same email id as that in Site24x7), your login email address and the password will be the same as that of your existing Zoho account and you will be able to access Site24x7 via those credentials.

Please note you will receive your one-time account password in the email registered with Site24x7. This is the only way for us to migrate your account as the new Zoho Accounts system is a live setup and has a higher level of security and accounts protection. Since it is a one-time password, you will be prompted to change your password on login.
