Generate a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report manually

Can I generate a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report manually?

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the server monitor Summary page for which RCA has to be generated.
  2. Hover on the Hamburger icon beside the monitor name.
  3. Click on Root Cause Analysis.

  4. A RCA report would be generated and sent to your registered mail ID.
