Purchase add-ons and alert packs

Purchase add-ons and alert packs separately, independent of an account upgrade

Add-ons and alert packs can be purchased based on your usage requirements and independent of your account upgrade. User can purchase any number of additional add-ons based on their selected package. Site24x7 uses Zoho Stores for all its subscription handling. 

To purchase Add-ons: 

  1. Login to Site24x7
  2. Click Admin > Subscriptions 
  3. Click Purchase Add-ons listed under Zoho Stores
  4. Choose the required number of add-ons and click Upgrade

Note:  Free packs will not have any option to purchase additional Add-ons

To purchase Alert Credits:

  1. Login to Site24x7
  2. Click Admin > Subscriptions
  3. Click Purchase Alert Credits listed under Zoho Stores
  4. Choose the required number of Alert Credits and click Buy Credits
