Subscription Plans and Monitoring Test Locations
Most paid packs except "Elite, Enterprise and Enterprise Web packs" allow you to monitor your websites from 8 test locations (1 primary and 7 secondary locations).
Elite, Enterprise and Enterprise Web pack subscribers are allowed to monitor from 16 test locations (1 primary and 15 secondary locations).
The Free account allows you to monitor only from 1 test location. All packs provide false alert protection which means that even if your website is down from the selected location, before sending out a down alert, website availability would be rechecked from 3 random locations.
