Support browser tabs

Currently the Site24x7 interface is pretty much impossible to use with multiple tabs (e.g. ctrl+clicking a monitor link should open it in a new tab so I can inspect multiple monitors simultaneously... currently I have to go into the dashboard, find a monitor, click it, then go back to the monitor list, scroll back to where I was, click the next one, etc).
