Ever since we released GA version, we have been getting a few support queries regarding our free account. I would like to share a couple of these questions and their answers here for the benefit of our readers.

Do I need to sign up separately for Free and Professional Accounts?

No. There is no separate sign up for Free and Professional accounts.

When you sign up, you get a free 30-day-trial account with all features present.

After 30 days, your account will automatically downgrade to a free account unless you upgrade to Professional account.

Will the free account expire after 30 days?

No. The free account never expires.
