Adding New IP ranges for India DataCenter: 5th February 2022

Dear customers,

We are going to add a new PIIP range 169.148.148.0/23 to our India Datacenter on 5th February 2022. This IP range will be used for both Main and DR of India datacenter.

If you have enabled IP whitelisting in your firewall, please go ahead and whitelist the new IP Address. Please note that this is applicable for customers using https://www.site24x7.in only.
You can resolve the domain "site24x7.enduserexp.com" to automate your IP whitelisting process. For a detailed list of Site24x7's monitoring locations, refer to our global monitoring locations page.

We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all Site24x7 services during this new IP addition. We will post an update here once the new IPs are added. In case you do experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.

Note: The global monitoring locations page will be updated with the latest IP address by 6th February 2022.
