[Service update] Planned maintenance India DC for 2026 | Site24x7

Dear customers,
As part of routine infrastructure maintenance in the India region, we will temporarily shift operations from our primary data center in Mumbai to our disaster recovery site in Chennai on May 10, 2026, between 6:30am and 9:30am IST (1am to 4am UTC). Services will be switched back to the Mumbai data center on May 17, 2026, during the same time window.
This activity is planned to ensure continued reliability and resilience of our platform. We do not expect any significant service disruption, and all Site24x7 services should remain accessible throughout the maintenance window.
To avoid any monitoring or service interruptions, please make sure the following IP ranges are included in your firewall allowlist:
