[Service Update] Planned Maintenance for Australia Data Center | Site24x7

Dear customers,

To strengthen the reliability and resilience of our services, Site24x7 will perform scheduled maintenance for the Australia (AU) data centre.
As a part of this maintenance activity, the data centre switchover is scheduled for 20 Sept. 2026, from 8:30pm to 11pm AEST (10:30am–1pm UTC). The switch-back to the primary data centre will take place on 27 Sept. 2026 from 8:30pm to 11pm AEST (10:30am–1pm UTC).
Our services will remain operational throughout the scheduled windows, with no significant disruption anticipated. We will update this announcement after the maintenance is completed.

To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, please add the following IP ranges to your firewall policy allowlist:
  1. 103.91.166.0/24 (103.91.166.1 to 103.91.166.254)
  2. 165.173.191.0/24 (165.173.191.1 to 165.173.191.254)
  3. 101.97.36.0/24 (101.97.36.0 to 101.97.36.255)
  4. 103.138.128.0/23 (103.138.128.0 to 103.138.129.255)
The Site24x7 Australia portal will remain available during the maintenance. For real-time service updates, you can refer to the status page.
