[Service Update] Scheduled emergency maintenance for our US data center: January 11, 2025 from 04:30

Dear customers,

Due to an emergency maintenance activity at our US data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Seattle to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Dallas on January 11 2025, 04:30 pm PST to 08:30 pm PST (Jan 12, 2025 12:30 am UTC and 04:30 am UTC). 

We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.

Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by allow-listing the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:
