We are always working to improve the usability with the site24x7 alerts, however we occasionally run into an issue with some of our servers where they hover around the CPU usage thresholds or their CPU usage spikes and falls triggering repeatedly alerts every 5 minutes. Does anyone know how to configure the monitor to not send duplicate or repeated alerts if one was sent within a certain time interval?

In this example it would be if the CPU usage alert was triggered within the last 30 minutes, then it would not send a new alert for CPU usage. We are diagnosing the actual issue causing the CPU usage to spike but in the meantime would prefer to avoid getting spammed with unnecessary alerts. I don't want to just change the threshold or disable the monitor/place it in maintenance mode because other valid alerts are important to still receive and most of what I have seen are either changing the threshold or setting to maintenance mode.
