In any of the NOC views, but specifically the Global NOC view, it would be nice if there was an option to open the monitoring a new window, instead of the NOC page going to the monitor. 

For now, I have two copies of the NOC view open, and when I see an issue, I want to investigate further, I go to the second NOC tab and load it from there.
