Multiple Level Escalation Notification

Hi Support,

Currently there is limited possibility to setup the Vertical Escalation Notification within the same support group as

Server Level-1,

Server Level-2,

Server Level-3,

Server Lead ,

Server Management

Current setup is supporting the same Alert Notification to multiple teams like Infra/DB/Application but the escalation is not possible from the Site 24x7. There is only escalation possibility is while integrating the 3rd party as Pager Duty. 

This would be helpful if Vertical Escalation Notification can be added to escalate the same issue to different level if the event is open and notifications can be configured after the specific time. E.g after 15 mins from Level 1 to Level 2, and after 30 Mins from Level 2 to Level 3 etc.
