Would it be possible to intergrate an alerting solution to report on AD replication issues. (alert and display on dashboards)

we currently use the following manual command 

repadmin /replsummary

We would ideally like to monitor \ alert on the occurances of Fails , % and the associated error.

typical output from this command is
