With our SDP On-Demand ticketing integration, you can achieve a seamless workflow where Site24x7 down/trouble alerts would automatically log incident tickets in SDP On-Demand portal. Additionally, Site24x7 allows you to remotely create and close tickets from your Site24x7 control panel. The incident tickets are automatically resolved when your service comes back to normal.
