Inquiry Regarding False Alerts for API Monitoring on Site24x7

Hi Team,

We have been receiving alerts from Site24x7 indicating connection resets with the message, “Connection reset. Connection established is closed by the target server,” for some of our monitored APIs. However, upon investigating, we found that these APIs were functioning correctly during the reported downtime.

Could you please help us understand why these false alerts might be occurring? Additionally, we are happy to provide logs or any other relevant information if needed to assist in troubleshooting this issue.
