Currently the Site24x7 FTP tests relies on their specific test file, some systems are setup to purge unspecified files or filetypes preventing this option from working (or worse, requiring a degradation of security to facilitate).

That ability to specify a specific file known to be present in the directory would bypass this issue and maintain security.
