If so, you might have to update your email whitelist policy in your organization mail server to successfully receive alert emails from Site24x7. Whitelisting is an instant, once-only task that requires you to update your organization mail server with our email sending IPs and also verify and add our email addresses to your “Address book” or “Safe senders list”. When this is successfully configured––alert emails sent from Site24x7 will generally not be marked as spam and will be successfully delivered to your email inbox.

We request you to follow the below guidelines to enjoy uninterrupted email delivery from Site24x7:

• Make sure you whitelist our email sending domain "mail.site24x7.com" and email sending IPs in your firewall policy. You may even contact your email provider and request them to add the following IP addresses to their white list.
