I would like to see the Associate Tags Bulk Action Wizard include the ability to pick from Monitor Groups in the same way that the Modify Threshold Profile Bulk Action Wizard allows this selection.  I would also like to see Tags be an option in all of the areas where you can choose from monitors or monitor groups.
