We have just made a couple of useful enhancements to our alerts section.

1. 'Buy Alert Pack' option

You can now buy additional SMS or Voice alert packs with your credit card and top up your SMS/Voice credits.

To buy Alert pack, login into your Site24x7 account, navigate to Account tab and click 'Purchase Alert Pack' on the right hand side.

The charge will be calculated as one credit for one SMS or Voice alert. Be assured that you pay only as per your SMS usage. Currently, we provide 10 free SMS or Voice alerts per month.

2. Enable/Disable options for SMS alerts

You can now specify whether you want to be notified via SMS when:

• Your site comes back up.
• Your site status is 'Trouble'.

These options will be particularly helpful if you want to receive only critical downtime alerts via SMS.
