I don't know whether it would be feasible, but it would be great if site24x7 could send an alert if there are any new alerts in the AWS Personal Health Dashboard https://docs.aws.amazon.com/health/latest/ug/getting-started-phd.html. These could be tied to the Amazon Web Services monitor. This would be particularly helpful for MSP's.
