Is it possible to add a dynamic URL's when creating a new monitoring test?

The dynamic URL can contain a link to a knowledge base/website.

When a test fails an alert email is received. This email will contain a link (Dynamic URL)

to the knowledge base/website. So people can quickly navigate to a website

where a procedure is written how to solve the alert/problem.
