New sub-domain name for Site24x7 StatusIQ and status page URLs
As you might be aware, Signals, Site24x7's product for public status pages, was renamed StatusIQ in 2021. While we continued to use the domain site24x7signals.com to accept traffic, we moved to our new domain, site24x7statusiq.com, on January 31, 2022. Monitor Windows Firewall state
Hi team, Do we have any way to monitor the Windows Firewall state for Windows Server? We already have an agent installed on the server. We want an alert if Windows Firewall is disabled on any server. Time between requests
We currently have a REST API transaction in which the first request is to send a message and the second to check its status. I need time between both, as the status can take a while to change. This has sent me several alerts. As an alternative I am making other calls between them, but it does not help me much and is not the best solution. I'm waiting
Should not contain strings False alarm
Hi, We have a monitor setup that alerts us if any ERROR keyword is shown in the API response data. Content Checks -> Should not contain strings field: "error" But this is triggering if there are such keywords containing the error part of it. We have a requirement of making SLA reports for 3, 6 and 12 months. But only have the option to take executive sla report for 99 days period. Playback for Webtransaction monitor
Implement a feature to display/show the recording for web transaction monitor. After a recording is captured from the bowser, end user should be able to playback the recording on the browser UI. To add outage reason column in outage details
In outage details we can get monitor name,duration,start and end time details.In that additionally outage reason also available means will be useful to analyze outage reports for what we got down alert. In "edit comments" we can see the actual error what site24x7 getting but each outages we cannot check in that way.For that we need additional column for outage reason.
Tags for outages with reporting
Please add the ability to tag outages. Today there is only an option to mark outage as a maintanence and add comment. We are missing the ability to differentiate outages that were caused by application failures (bugs, deployment failures, ...) from outages caused by infrastructe failures (server failures, webserver missconfiguration, ...). Based on tags we would like to report uptime that include / exclude some of the outages types base on tags, for example the uptime without application failures.

Issue with Windows where multiple hosts are recognized as one
Good afternoon friends, I'm getting in touch because I have a client that has 4 Windows 2019 VMs that were installed using the same application template and from what the person who installed it, sysprep had been run on it, but when I put the agent from Site24x7, the host is taking the Hostname of one VM and the IP of the other. I would like to know from friends if they know any way to check if the machine has the same installation ID and how to solve this without having to reinstall the system.
