Associate certificates with servers
A great feature to have would be if the certificates had a section that linked to the servers. For instance, if I'm monitoring an internal cert, I'd like to look at it and see which server it belonged to. Is there any roadmap for that?

Was wondering if there is a way to add this to the roadmap... Can we get User Groups and Alerting endpoints as distinct items? Currently Usergroups are used for alerting endpoints but it not always true that everyone in a group needs or wants to get alerts. Feature Request: Alert if long maintenance is still active
Hello, we are heavy users of the site24x7 API and we use for example the maintenance mode for monitors if we do deployments. But - the reason is unknown - sometimes monitors are hanging in maintenance mode. I have to check once a week if monitors are still in maintenance and i snooze the maintanence manually. It would be helpfull - until we have fixed our automatism via the API - if we can get or configure an alert if monitors are in maintenance for a longer or a specific time. (send to admin group

Please add a feature so that site24x7 can send alerts through email or/and calls when multiple requests (say more than 200 or any unexpected number) are sent to the same server from any unknown IP/IPs, or from any particular IP and also site24x7 can block them from sending further requests to the server. Exchange Database Monitroring
A feature request that would be very beneficial to all of your clients would be Database Monitoring for Exchange environments. Database status, mounted on server, free space information, performance metrics, if the database moves alert with information regarding where it moved to, alert why the database moved. Monthly Scheduling option: Day of month + x days
It would be nice to have a feature to better schedule the maintenance. You know, for example, that Windows Patch Tuesday happens every 2nd Tuesday of the month. We do a round of patches for Dev and QA servers on the following Friday. Try to make a schedule to take that into account every month and you'll see that it's not possible without having an option for "Day of the month + x days". We need to display P1,P2,P3 and so on in addition to Critical/Down status in Threshold and Availabilty configuration. It is fine if it is allowed to modify and add the status whichever is required also.
Changing display name of key transactions in APM
Hello, we like the key transactions in APM. For better understanding the impact of slow URL requests for the business it would be helpful if it is possible to change the display name of the key transaction. Currently the key transaction has the name of the URLs which is more technically. This kind of information should be still there but additionally the display name should be customizable. For example the key transaction URL "/cart/add/*/*/*" should have then the display name "Webshop - add to cart".

Allow more than 10 addresses / ranges to be whitelisted against statusIQ status page
10 addresses / ranges is simply not enough; I work for an organisation of 5000 people and whilst I don't need to be able to enter 5000 separate addresses or ranges for access to my internal (only) page, 10 doesn't cut it. pass parameters in http headers
I wish to pass parameters in the headers of my http response so that they can be sent to pager-duty. This is not possible right now with the [global] parameters. These are limited to random numbers, guid, or datetime.now.
Feature Request - Alert Notifications (Response time)
Would like to see the ability to set response time notifications so they alert only if 2 or more pollers have a response time greater then value set to trigger an alert. Not just when one is seeing slow response time. AND\OR Have the option to trigger alert if the threshold is breached two (configurable) or more times in a row. We're using on-premises pollers and every once in awhile they may see a higher response time while others do not. This generates a false positive.
Request To HIde Custom Dashboards
In our environment we have several monitored websites of different customers, when some of them get into at section of custom dashboards they can see the custom dashboards of other monitor groups that is not configured in their user. Workstation monitoring only after agent connects
We have an number of remote workstations that are only turned on when staff are present at the site that need to be monitored when running. This situation precludes using maintenance schedules to prevent monitoring as the workstations can be turned on at any time and turned off later that day. It would be very useful to have an option to commence monitoring only when the remote agent makes contact so that alerts are not being raised when the workstations are not turned on.
"x is trouble" alert in Mobile App (Typo/Wording)
I'm not sure if this has been reported, but for over a year now I've noticed that for alerts that I receive by email that say "x is in trouble" on the mobile app the wording is incorrect and says "x is trouble" (at least for the iOS app) and I don't believe a correction has been made yet for this issue although I feel that I reported it somewhere before last year, but maybe this will be a better place to report the issue.

Hello, in the Web GUI it is possible to mute alarms in the alarms overview (top right corner). This feature should be also available in the native app (we use the iOS App). More sophisticated roles/permission concept
We have multiple use-cases with the requirement of a more customizable role/permission-configuration: 1) We provide trainings for new employees that include site24x7. The trainees should be able to create their own monitors/ alerts but they should not be able to delete monitors/ alerts for our production systems. Enhanced permissions for Operator role for specific monitor group
I need to give one or two of my operators the right to creation/modification/delete monitors in a specific monitor group, unfortunately this is currently not possible. We are heavy users of your platform an rely on the site24x7-StatusIQ integration to update our public facing status page. Our app will occasionally have a 1-2 minute service blip and when that happens, StatusIQ is updated to "Major Outage"" and hundreds or thousands of emails go out to customers. It looks REALLY bad and at this point our leadership requires a fix which could mean having to move away from site24x7 unfortunately. We would like to delay the status page update for these occasional service
