Alert for deleted monitors
A alert is required to be generated if someone deletes a monotor. This is required to have accountability or atleast there should be some optoin to see the deleted monitors

Business hours for StatusIQ components
For users that only user StatusIQ, enable the ability to set business hours for the uptime in StatusIQ. For example, no need to show downtime against the SLA on weekends when our business is closed. This can be set in StatusIQ itself. For more info see ticket 1362817
Show Full Description Toggle
Hello. Our status page is for staff and students. Some of the systems are not related to students and vice-versa. We have descriptions of each setup but it requires the person to hover over the small "i" icon. I am requesting that you add a toggle (in the Widget controls/Component Summary page?) to show full description under the service.
Show Component Description on Admin Page
The public website shows the component description icon (the little i by each component) - please show this on the admin page so we know which component has a description entered in without swapping to public status page.
Printer Resources with Server Monitor
Hello, I was surprised to find that our server monitoring product didn't offer a built-in printer and print job monitor. This is a huge burden for large companies with print servers. Here's what I need: Printer1, Printer2, & Printer 3 on a single server to be monitored: online/ready, printing, and offline/error status. Print jobs' statuses in each printer's queue to be monitored: Processing, Success ,Failed/Error, & Paused It would be ideal if anytime a printer goes into a state other than online/ready

Hi, could you please add an advanced search function? Could be useful also for the MSP accounts. Imagine a situation where you have more than 500 servers. A security vulnerability is discovered, and affects to Ubuntu servers. Would be great to quick figure out which servers are using Ubuntu (or linux) with a filter. Would be great to be able to select which kind of monitor (windows, linux, SSL, website...). Multiple choice would be great. And then, you can also use some filters by OS distribution...

Add a comment to monitors
Hi There, It would be great to capture a comment on monitors, which you could then pass in an email / integration messages when the alerts fire. The use case would be along the lines of a website monitor which fires off, then to have instructions or a link to a support document to assist the analyst in troubleshooting the issue. Keen to hear others thoughts if you think this would be beneficial for your organisations or if you know how this could be achieved today
Re-order Status Page components
Currently, I am unable to re-order the components on the Status Page. I would need to do this when making component groups appear consistent or re-prioritizing components. This means I potentially have to delete 20+ components and re-create them and possible re-establish their integrations. It would be very nice to have a way to re-order the components, either drag-and-drop, up/down arrows, or even import from CSV.
DNS monitors should detect a record's non-configured additional answers
Currently, DNS monitors have no problem detecting changes to records that contain multiple answers (ex. NS or TXT records) as long as each of the existing answers has been configured within the monitor. Associate certificates with servers
A great feature to have would be if the certificates had a section that linked to the servers. For instance, if I'm monitoring an internal cert, I'd like to look at it and see which server it belonged to. Is there any roadmap for that?
StatusIQ monthly uptime

Better User Grouping and Access Control
Was wondering if there is a way to add this to the roadmap... Can we get User Groups and Alerting endpoints as distinct items? Currently Usergroups are used for alerting endpoints but it not always true that everyone in a group needs or wants to get alerts. It should record all changes for VMs and ESX Servers and it should be visible in a table for example in the vCenter Dashboard. Operator User Role access and Admin Role

Feature Request: Alert if long maintenance is still active
Hello, we are heavy users of the site24x7 API and we use for example the maintenance mode for monitors if we do deployments. But - the reason is unknown - sometimes monitors are hanging in maintenance mode. I have to check once a week if monitors are still in maintenance and i snooze the maintanence manually. It would be helpfull - until we have fixed our automatism via the API - if we can get or configure an alert if monitors are in maintenance for a longer or a specific time. (send to admin group
Add a feature to alert when multiple requests are sent to the same server from any unknown IP/IPs
Please add a feature so that site24x7 can send alerts through email or/and calls when multiple requests (say more than 200 or any unexpected number) are sent to the same server from any unknown IP/IPs, or from any particular IP and also site24x7 can block them from sending further requests to the server. Please add this feature for both unknown IPs and known IPs so that these can be monitored and managed smoothly.

Exchange Database Monitroring
A feature request that would be very beneficial to all of your clients would be Database Monitoring for Exchange environments. Database status, mounted on server, free space information, performance metrics, if the database moves alert with information regarding where it moved to, alert why the database moved. It is one of our highest priorities at this time as we have a large Exchange environment.

Monthly Scheduling option: Day of month + x days
It would be nice to have a feature to better schedule the maintenance. You know, for example, that Windows Patch Tuesday happens every 2nd Tuesday of the month. We do a round of patches for Dev and QA servers on the following Friday. Try to make a schedule to take that into account every month and you'll see that it's not possible without having an option for "Day of the month + x days". We need to display P1,P2,P3 and so on in addition to Critical/Down status in Threshold and Availabilty configuration. It is fine if it is allowed to modify and add the status whichever is required also.
Changing display name of key transactions in APM
Hello, we like the key transactions in APM. For better understanding the impact of slow URL requests for the business it would be helpful if it is possible to change the display name of the key transaction. Currently the key transaction has the name of the URLs which is more technically. This kind of information should be still there but additionally the display name should be customizable. For example the key transaction URL "/cart/add/*/*/*" should have then the display name "Webshop - add to cart".
