Linux server monitor and collector for ARM processors
We have several Raspberry Pi on site at customers facilities doing several tasks, it would be very handy if we could install a server monitor and collector on a Pi, so we don't have to invest on several x86 computers that are usually 3+ times more expensive than a Pi and prone to give more troubles.
Custom Report for active devices
Is there a provision or ability in Site24x7 for generating a custom report for all active devices? Basically, I need an Asset Inventory report containing information about Asset Name, Hardware model & Specs, Software version, Serial number and Owner.

Feature Request: StatusIQ - add Tags for components
Dear site24x7, I would like to have tags (several) for the components. This means that later in the case of events (incident or maintenance), only those components that are related can be selected via a search using these tags. Seperate field for "Posted on" time and date
We had an issues today that didn't impact an entire datacenter but impacted enough sites that we should mention it. The "posted on" time is the same as the "start time", and this misrepresnted when we notified customers of the issue. It would be great if these were two fields.

Inform webhooks of monitor status after ending of maintenance window
We have noticed that when a monitor agent goes into trouble this will send the trouble status to the webhooks, if then the monitor agent goes into maintenance mode and during this maintenance mode the agent goes healthy again the webhooks are not notified of the event after the maintenance window ends. So for example: agent goes into trouble -> send trouble status to webhooks -> external system has status trouble for this instance agent goes into maintenance windows -> no webhooks are triggered (correct
Topology Maps Tool Tips
Is there a way to get tool tips or a way to see a device's full name when in edit mode like you do in view mode in Topology Maps? Its annoying to toggle between edit mode and view mode to be able to see the full names of the devices. The naming schema we use makes it hard to tell the difference between devices based on only the first 6 chars in the device name.
Feature Request: Add Uptime Notification Delay
Hi Site24x7, Imagine the following situation: A Web Monitor is configured. Check Frequency is 1 minute. Downtime Notification Delay is 2 continuous failures. Let’s assume our web site gives a 503 HTTP response. Web Monitor checks it for the first time and marks it as DOWN but doesn’t send a notification. In a minute it checks site for the second time and sends a web hook to a third party solution to create an Incident. Then in 5 minutes site gives 200 HTTP response and Web Monitor immediately marks
Feature Request: Docker Configuration Template
Hello, Can you please implement a Docker monitor configuration template? A Docker agent appears to be a normal Site24x7 Linux Server Agent installed into a Docker Instance; however, when deploying a Linux Server Agent into a Docker Instance, it does not take the settings of a Server Agent's Configuration Profile. It would be great to have a way to assign a Docker instance to Monitor Groups and User Alert Groups via a Configuration Profile in the same manner I can assign a lot of other Site24x7 monitors
Adding "Memory Utilization" to CSV of performance report
Dear team, We would like to add "Memory Utilization" data to CSV outputted performance report. Currently, we can not obtain the data even though output by clicking [Reports] -> [EC2 Instance] -> [Share this] -> [Export CSV]. Could you please consider to add this?
Add AWS Account ID as tag
Would it be possible to add the AWS Account ID as a tag to an alert that is sent? This would be very convenient for our support staff, so they immediately know what account to look at. Thanks! Tom
Monitoring Background PHP Processes
We have just deployed the PHP APM in Linux to help identify performance bottlenecks. This is giving some good information but, we have found this is only logging data for interactive user sessions. There are a number of other processes that are linked to users uploading batches of data etc. that we need to monitor too. As this is where the bulk of heavy processing happens it is likely to be where will see performance impacts first. Is there a way to monitor these? If not, this would be a good feature

Hi, it would be great if you can configure group permissions inside the access of StatusIQ management webpage to control access to individual statusIQ webpage. Example: some users can access only to certain StatusIQ webpage to post only maintenance date or to only report incidents in certain components. Hiding the monitors group from StatusIQ dropdown
We would like to ask for a feature or an option to disable the expand/collapse of the component group in StatusIQ, while only the main name and the status of it will be presented on the StatusIQ and the monitors inside the monitor group will not be visible, as we want only the header to be visible without the option to be opened, so it will look like just a normal monitor that was added to the StatusIQ

Monitor Group Specific Event Reports
Hi Support, As a process monitors can be grouped aligned to the Business Service or Product. With the configuration of Threshold configuration we can setup the notification for Trouble / Critical violations but that will not be the same as there will be lag of 3 minutes or 5 minutes etc. as per configuration. This will not provide us to review the Total Violations in the specific period could be Daily/Weekly/Monthly associated with Monitor Groups/Business Services. This will only send notification

We would like to have an option to count the failed login attempts. The idea is to be able to catch brute force attacks etc. Eventually, to be able to count them and to be able to set alarm threshold (for example) - login attempts -> count 3 -> on third alarm. Bypass PASSWORD PROTECTION when source address can be matched against IP ACL on STATUS IQ Page
There should be an optionally configurable interaction between IP RESTRICTION for access to a SIQ status page and the password protection function for the same. Users should NOT have to enter a password to access the a status page - when the page is password protected - IF the request is coming from one of the whitelisted IP addresses in the IP ACL. This will allow for a far more user friendly experience. Whatever technology you're using to determine the requesting source IP (XFF Header?) use that
Allows THREE levels of components on STATUS IQ status page - two is insufficient..
It would be really useful to be able to add just one more level to the component groups / component settings on the status page. I would like to be able to have (for example): *Corporate environment Offices Office 1 Office 2 Office 3 Teams Team #1 Team #2 team #3 * Customer Environment Customer 1 Feature 1 Feature 2 Feature 3 Customer 2 Feature 1 Feature 2 Feature 3 Ultimately 2 levels for components isn't sufficient (and ive used this page before with a different company, and it wasn't there either)

Currently, we're receiving Site24x7 events for TROUBLE, DOWN and UP. Would be nice to include MAINTENANCE events since not all MAINTENANCE events involve code upgrades, some are infrastructure upgrades.
Prometheus Metrics
Hello, in addition to StatsD metrics it would be cool if also a solution for prometheus exists. A site24x7 agent and/or plugin which pulls exporter node metrics. In a k8s cluster you often see prometheus endpoints. So this would be also helpful to gather such metrics directly from k8s. It should be possible to pull custom metrics from prometheus nodes exporter and export then directly into site24x7. Thanks and regards, Torsten
Add functionality to Terraform provider
Hello, We plan to use your Terraform provider (registry.terraform.io/providers/site24x7/site24x7/latest) to deploy a large number of monitors, however there are some limitations with the provider currently which prevent us from doing so. Could you please add functionality for the following: - Configuring 'Should contain HTTP Response Header(s)' in website_monitor and rest_api_monitor resources - Configuring tags in any resource configurable through the provider - Configuring 'Third-party Integrations'

VMware ESXi Network Alerting - NIC down
Hello, We have come across some failed NIC's in our environment, unfortunately this wasn't picked up by S24x7 and i cannot see anyway of adding some additional monitoring to get this to trigger an alert. Would it be possible to get this feature added, so that when a NIC is down we receive an alert. Example of working host And a host with 2 failed NICs that are down VMware is seeing them as down and would be great for S24 to alert us
SFTP with private key - Feature Request
As security is becoming more a concern, FTP services are now moving to SFTP with private key for authentication now and it would be great if Site24x7 had a way to allow for this type of authentication for the SFTP monitors.
Zoho Desk Integration Yet?
According to 2020 roadmap (www.site24x7.com/community/site24x7-product-roadmap-2020) I see that more Zoho products are going to be integrated with Site24x7. Any updates on where Zoho Desk integration is at currently? What I would absolutely love to see, per my requirements, is in Site24x7 is having a custom field per monitor. We will call that custom field "OID" which would be short for the customer's Order ID, which is essentially a reference to a specific customer's service that we provide them
Please add Alerting through 3rd party tools for Applogs
We use VictorOps and currently there is no way to configure it to send alerts for AppLogs. Other monitors allow this. This is very important for us and I suspect others that are using 3rd Party alerting tools like OpsGenie, VictorOps, etc....

ServiceNow intergration - Add 'monitoring' status
Hi There, It would be great if you could add another status to the 'Remotely manage incident in ServiceNow when the monitor's status changes to "UP" ' option in the ServiceNow integration to allow either a custom status, or add the status 'Monitoring'. This is so that an analyst is still alerted that there was an issue, and it has now been resolved, however, they review the incident before closing the ticket. Thanks, CS
Feature Request: VMware Monitoring - Importing Tags from vcenter
Hi, In vcenter we can assign tags for a virtual machine. It would be great if it is possible to import such tags from vcenter into site24x7 automatically and displayed in the vmware machine monitor as well. Either in the already existing tags line or as an extra information in the dashboard. But it should be searchable.
