Optimized display of past Incidents in StatusIQ
I would like to be able to configure Incident History to only show actual incidents (or past maintenances) without the clutter of daily entries stating there weren't any incidents.
Changing the look and feel of the status pages
Hello, At the moment I can change the logo of all status page if I go to customize report. But there are also these two options: ?Title Background color? and ?Title Foreground color? which sadly only apply for reports but not for the status page. Can we also have the option to set those colors for the status page? An extra area to configure status pages in general could be very helpful. Need the ability to properly brand the StatusIQ page
We need to have the ability to customize the look and feel of the StatusIQ page to match with our branding requirements. Other solutions like Statuspage provide the ability to add your own style sheets, custom HTML header and footer. Ability to use javascript snippets, jquery, etc. Ability preview the changes (draft mode) Ability to publish the changes when ready to make them public.
1 min polling for special monitors
One question, we know that Site24x7 handles a 5min polling time for SNMP devices by default. Currently, we do not have the support for 1-minute polling for the network interfaces, however, we will consider this as a feature request but we do not have

Monitor Disk Folder Growth
Hi all, feature request: We want to monitor all shares and folders on our Fileserver Windows Server 2012 R2. Which folder grow over 24 hours and who (which user) created the files. We have File Audit from Manage Engine but cannot monitor the disk's itself. We need this feature to plan how fast our folder and shares growing. It would be nice if we have advanced "Fileserver" monitor.
Time based Thresholds
Hi, Would it be possible to have time based thresholds. We have specific services that we expect to have high cpu or memory at certain times of the day. So we would like 2 profiles one that states if CPU>45% between 09:00 and 18:00 then alert but if CPU>90% between 18:01 and 08:59 alert Thanks Greg
Make read time outs editable for REST API (or where applicable)
Hi, I opened 2 support cases recently to check why certain monitoring failed. ## 1193870 ##] Alert raised for REST API after 30 sec response time though threshold is set to 45 sec I learnt that while connection time out is generally editable, response time is NOT and by default it is 30 sec. I would like Site24x7 to add a new field (Response timeout) into each monitoring (where applicable) but at least REST API and REST transactions and make this editable. Thanks for the help. Send monitor group tags in an alert (inheritance function)

Import Configuration rules
While being able to export the Configuration rules via the API it is not possible to import them and recreating the rules based on the export is not possible. This would be very helpful if you need to recreate the rules based on the backup, or as an MSP setting up new customers and adding default Configuration rules on the customer

We would really like to see StatusIQ include integration into ServiceDeskPlus OnDemand (SDPoD). Our end users already know how to access and reach SDPoD and if they could see StatusIQ information prior to opening up a ticket, it would save a lot of time and effort. Tickets are being opened for known down services and our end users have to navigate to StatusIQ separately first before opening a ticket, and may don't do that. Sometimes i need to generate reports that need to be reported from a difference Timezone. It would be good if we could add an option to choose a specific timezone when generating or scheduling a timezone.
Twitter support for StatusIQ
Allow incidents and their updates to be posted to a twitter feed, Ideally with each update as a reply to the original incident. This is a feature of other statuspage providers and would allow us to move from two separate products completely into StatusIQ however without Twitter we are unable to use status pages.
Mass Delete Outages
There are times when a monitor or monitors are created and there are extra unforeseen things that need to be done that cause the monitors to fail and issue false alerts/outages. Cleaning up these false alerts are a nuisance when you have to clean them up manually and only capable of doing so one by one. It would be nice to be able to multi-select Outages on a monitor and group level and be able to mass delete to clean up monitors.
AWS Custom Cloudwatch metric and AWS Cloudwatch Alarm ingestion
I notice that you poll the Cloudwatch API to get metric ingestion for a number of AWS products, but are missing the ability to ingest Custom Cloudwatch metrics. We produce custom metrics, and would really like to be able to use them in Site 24x7. They tend to have a pretty standard 5 minute polling interval. Currently there are about 20 of these metrics we alert on using Cloudwatch Alarms. Even having the ability to ingest Cloudwatch alarms would be a great start.

Correct culture-dependent DateTime Formats
Dates and times on the status pages are shown in strange formats, at least for the German audience. It would be nice to see correctly formatted date and time information, most important using the 24hrs-clock instead of the 12hrs-clock, when German language is selected on the status page. Comments in red showing correct German formats.

Time between requests
We currently have a REST API transaction in which the first request is to send a message and the second to check its status. I need time between both, as the status can take a while to change. This has sent me several alerts. As an alternative I am making other calls between them, but it does not help me much and is not the best solution. I'm waiting

To add outage reason column in outage details
In outage details we can get monitor name,duration,start and end time details.In that additionally outage reason also available means will be useful to analyze outage reports for what we got down alert. In "edit comments" we can see the actual error what site24x7 getting but each outages we cannot check in that way.For that we need additional column for outage reason.
Tags for outages with reporting
Please add the ability to tag outages. Today there is only an option to mark outage as a maintanence and add comment. We are missing the ability to differentiate outages that were caused by application failures (bugs, deployment failures, ...) from outages caused by infrastructe failures (server failures, webserver missconfiguration, ...). Based on tags we would like to report uptime that include / exclude some of the outages types base on tags, for example the uptime without application failures.
